The Coronado Optimist Club's annual Bike Safety Rodeo was held on a very winter-ish April 1 at the Pavilion in Rotary Park of Bernalillo.  The weather played an April Fools Joke on us!

Coronado's Venus Sanford and David Gardner were joined by OC of Albuquerque's Jim White and Fred Trussell and his wife Pat, Suzann Owings and Corky Frederick of the Northwest Club, and Lynne Martin of the Sunport Optimist Club.  

 

Other friends cum volunteers included M'Lis Scott and Sam Grant, Brian and Cara Spinnof, our two Sheriff Department officers, and Isabella, Alexander, and Cyan.  Thank you one and all for stepping up for our kids.
